Characteristic:

of diamonds. The compound coating (Ti/Ni/Cu) has
very obvious advantage over other kinds(Cu,Ni)due
to its solid chemical-linkage (TiC) between diamond
and metal Ti(titanium), and then the metal-coating
Ni covered. The tight linkage C+Ti+Ni makes diamond
grits be solidly hold in any bond, and raises the
performance of the diamond grits in its tools during
the application. |
